Recently bought a '90 Ramcharger, came with no key for the liftgate lock. I've heard that it's the same key as the door/ignition but that key doesn't seem to fit. I've checked the pins in the lock and they all move. Anyone know where I can find a replacement lock/key?

On my '89 it is a different key, I took the code off the cylinder to the local locksmith and he cut me a new key.
Most brand new ones need to be coded and a key cut anyway so a locksmith is your best bet or the J/Y if they have the key for it.
I bought my 89 R/C and it didn't have the key for the gate, also. Just use the number on the lock and any locksmith can cut it for you. It use an AMC key # RA4.
