Does anybody make repro dash pads for 1977 Dodge trucks? It seems that Classic Industries and Legendary list them, but nothing available. My dash pad is badly faded. I need a new black dash pad, can anyone help?

If it’s not cracked you should just paint it; not with rattle can paint. You will need to clean it super clean, mineral spirits does a nice job. You will need some adhesion promoter, and flex additive, like for today’s plastic bumpers. Talk to an automotive paint supply guy. I bet all the materials wouldn’t be much more than $100. If you are not comfortable with mixing paint and using a spray gun perhaps a body shop could do it...

This place shows carpet.

I would suggest finding & searching on the Lil Red Express sites. Those had black interiors & are about the only rigs that had much cosmetic aftermarket support.

There are companies that sell products as in paint and fillers just for dashes . Available at auto body supply stores . I repainted mine with SEMS and UV protected clear from SEMS also . I did not know about the filler and such at the time . I helped a Buddy restore a 70 GTO that had a cracked dash pad . It looks as if it’s brand new OEM pad today . It can be done , fairly easily with the correct supplies . Hardest part for me was removing the stuff and the dash itself to work on it . Good luck , do so research before jumping into it .
