Thanks, 6 quarts put it right back where it was, just below the full line hot.
Fluid looked dark as usual, no burnt smell, and a few flecks of metal in the filter, nothing really in the pan. I tow alot with this, and it looks like it is holding up ok.

 

u will get some metal in the pan over time just the bands are going to wear is all ..long as its not alot ur ok ..keep an eye on it like u would the oil in ur engine lol ..just do it with it in neutral and running when u check it
