Whenever I am driving slower, say around 5-10 mph I hear a whistling noise comming from what I believe is the drivers front side tire area. The noise emmits in relation to the speed that I am going. I think that maybe its something rubbing or something with the brakes. Any Ideas?

brakes or dry axle seal.does noise change when brakes applied?if so-sounds like brake pads need replacing, the sensor is scraping rotor.

Or if it's more of a whistling noise (like wind whistling) than a scraping noise or squeal, you might have some debris in your fresh air vent on the driver's side kicker panel. Open and close it to see if that helps.
Otherwise, check your brakes.
