I live in the East Houston area so i dont know if your around this area. I still have my stock rear driveshaft off my W150. It was shortened a little when i did my rear Dana 60 swap but it still might work for you.  From middle of u-joint to middle of u-joint on the slip yoke end i'm looking at about 60 1/2".  It'll collapse down about a 1 1/2" and stretch out to about 62" but splines will start to show on the slip yoke. Measure your truck from the surface of the yoke on the transfer case and the surface of the yoke on your rear 91/4 axle. Let me know if it will work for you.
