This is not a review of service by any members, but these pricks need to be avoided...

I have been burned by this company twice. The first time, they did nothing and charged me for a front-end alignment. I didn't realize it until I drove away. They refused to refund even though they ADMITTED they did nothing.

The second time they got my son when he took his MR2 in there (he didn't ask me first) to get it aligned. They left the steering rod adjusters LOOSE and it quickly ate up both front tires... They denied that it was their fault, and refused to subsidize for a new set of front tires....

I hope these SOB's rot in hell...

yeah i went in to my local alignment shop(Colony Tire) to ask the tech some questions.i asked him how he would go about aligning a solid front axle truck.his responce was "i leave the caster/camber up to god and just adjust the toe".my reason for going up there i was in search of the threaded bushing to set the camber on my rc.he said he had some about a year or two ago but had thrown them away because he never used them.but i bet if i took my truck up there i would be charged full price to get it aligned, maybe even more since it's lifted.most places around here charge extra $ because the rig has a lift.
I have givin up on "alignment " for my rig, it will never be really aligned , ever again, i have a bent tie rod which i just straiten with a piece of pipe now and again, i need to sleeve it someday but for now i carry a spare , just in case of breakage
you need to get ahold of the Better Business Bureau and alert them to this so they can conduct an investigation and assist you in getting your money back
