what years did the 208 come on a RC?

Ive got a bastardized 79, i bought it with a 208 in place of the 203. it also appears to have the same running gear from when the swap was made to a 208. figured i better get a manual for that year to go along with my 79 manual. thanks for any replies.

80-87 Pick ups and ramchargers . the 241 came along in 88 with a A518 OD tranny

The 241 was also coupled with the 727, as is the case with my '88. It's my understanding (could be wrong, though), that the 241 and 208 are nearly identical. Is this true?

Ya the 2 t- cases are fairly similar cept the 208 has a lower 1st gear .
