Its an Aisen-Warner transmission. Pretty damn reliable. My moms 96 Cherokee has around 240K on it and no problems. Changed the fluid twice in its lifetime.

Lol, I have seen quite a few with that many miles, and more. I found quite a bit on jeepsunlimited, just not as many cool people as RCC Makes you wonder why Chrysler didn't do something better with the 500/518's.
