Virus is called jdbgmgr.exe called the Teddy Bear virus and you will recieve an email telling you that you have been sent this virus and it will tell you how to get rid of it before it does any damage all the email does is makes you go into your computer and delete some operating files from windows

Yep..that's a hoax. Fortunately jdbgmgr.exe is not an essential windows file. Whenever I get a virus message, I go to
http://www.symantec.com/search/
and type in part of the message that seems specific to this threat or hoax in the search block. Usually they're hoaxes.
