This thread I hope to use as a Fla locals vehicle help section.
Just post your vehicle Questions here and we'll try to get them solved. I figured that we could probably get each others help on OUR trucks. Also if you post a question leave your location and maybe another membr who is close can help you hands on get your truck running again. Four hands are better than Two.

Anyone know if a tailgate from a regular pickup truck will fit the T/D? I need to get one pretty bad as this one was rusted out about 14 years ago and its hanging by a thread. It looks like a regular tailgate to me. With the exception of the locking mechanism for the top hatch, but that bolts on and looks like it was added after the fact.

rodney i dont know if it fits but if you need one the guy at my storage shed offered me a white one off a pickup last week. im pretty sure he still had it and it was really cheap. i think he said take it away and its yours

If you are talking about degreasing your engine & under the hood, I use "Gunk Engine Brite". just spray it on & hose it off.

i use purple stuff its a citrus acid and since i dont have a pressure washer i go down to the car wash late at night to rinse it off
