Valve cover stickers

I just picked up a 318 for my scamp.It came out of a 75 pickup.On one of the valve covers it has a white sticker with 704 in large black letters and 4104 in smaller black letters.I've seen a few stickers like that on other mopars in the junkyard and I was just curious if they meant anything.
