92 rc 360 tbi. took off vaccum hoses on throttle body to see the condition and noticed that carbon was in the vaccum ports. been running poorly. took some wire and stuck in the holes to clean them out some. put back together. made a difference in the running condition, but i got a code 14. something a bout map sensor voltage. does that mean the map sensor is bad?
thanks for any ideas

Would be best to remove the tbi and clean it with some good carb cleaner and compressed air-make sure you have a new base gasket -it will be junk when you take it off.as far as map sensor voltage too low or too high, check for vacum at map sensor and if its good, most likely it is the sensor.
