If you are looking for a quality lift, then search no further. I recently acquired the Tuuf Country 6" Lift and have been thoroughly impressed by its performance. The EZ Ride springs give a soft comfortable ride that I was not accustomed to. The kit went on wthout a hitch and the product really is high quality. I have done some soft test off road and it has held up well. The flex in the springs is also pretty impressive(see my How To) as they articulate quite well. So if you ant the most Bang for your Buck, then check out the Tuff Country Suspesion website!!!!

Did you have to extend or get new drive shafts for this kit?

Actually no I didnt. I was given another front shaft tht I had to cut down a little bit because it was too long. I removed that cardan and ground down the edges. The rear was fine too.

With those soft(er) riding springs i'm curious to see how long/if they will sag after a few months of good use. Anyone had these springs on their truck for over a couple months? Is there any kind of warranty with the kit?

Actually I have had them on since May and even towed a trailer with them and they have settled very little and still have a fantastic ride. Took em out playing a little bit too.

Did this kit completely eliminate the rear blocks? I want to get a 5" or 6" lift that eliminates the rear blocks.

If you find one, let me know. Only way I know off to eliminate the stock blocks with a 5+" lift is a shackle flip or a total custom lift. All commercially available lift systems above 4" that I looked at so far seem to keep the block in the rear.

As far as the ride quality is concerned, outlaw's dead on. It's a very smooth riding kit. However, I'm not sure if you had this problem, or maybe it was just me.....who knows. I had a heck of a time installing this kit because half the parts were either missing or not correct. I ordered my kit from suspensionconnection.com, and the troubles started from there. When they first sent the kit, it contained no instructions. No biggee. They faxed instructions, and that's when I noticed I was missing parts. Nothing major, but enough to prevent me from doing the install. I installed the majority of the kit easily, but I ran into some more problems. The rear Ubolts were too short, so I had to take the block out to finish my install and get the truck back on the road. Also, the front shocks were too short. A quick call to Tuff Country had new parts in the mail UPS. Next problem......transfer case drop brackets. The ones they send are junk.....generic fit that just don't fit. I ended up fabricating my own drop brackets. The sway bar brackets were way off, nothing even remotely similar to what was on the truck, so I ended up just taking the sway bar off. To sum everything up in a nutshell, this kit requires a little fabricating to get it to work, but the end result is well worth it. I also bought the steering block, but removed it and had my steering arm bent to compensate for the lift. As far as the company itself goes......very good customer service. I just ordered the shackle flip kit along with the U-Bolt flip kit so I can get rid of the rear block. If anyone's interested on how it turns out, send an email.

I had the same problems as rammin78, cept my lift is stiffer than shit and I get almost no flex out of her, drove my front drivers side tire up on a 2' snow berm and the front axel is parallel with the damn front bumper, this thing will not flex. Tho everything I have read about tuffcountry seems to point twards them being the softest lift.

...i figured that skyjackers 6" spring kit elminated the rear block....since their 4" springs need the rear block for a 6" lift. and their 6" springs need the block for the 8" lift (9 rear 8 front)...so skyjacker 6" springs for the rear should eliminate the blocks..maybe i'll call them and find out lol.
