I have a 1987 dodge ramcharger with a carb 318 in it. and i dont know wut tranny it has in it. it is an automatic. will that tranny fit in a 1993 dodge ramcharger with a fuel injected 318. the 1993 is missing the tranny but has zero rust so im thinking bout putting my tranny from my 87 into the 93. i jsut need to know if it will all bolt up or not.

Yes, it will bolt right up to the engine. However, your driveshaft will be roughly 4 inches too short , and you'll probably need a rear tranny mount from a pre-overdrive truck. Just eyeball it, you'll see what I mean.

The tranny you have from your 87 is a 727 and it will bolt it with a few mods.

i am pretty sure u cna use the 87's rear driveshaft if u got it as well
