Can somebody explane to me what the difference between a " Load Flight" and a "Torque Flight" tranny is? I know I have a TQ but my FSM only shows a LF. I never even herd of a Load Flight before. Thanks. ???

Pretty much the same thing. I think that they were used in heavy duty aplication before the torqueflite if I'm not mistaken.

Its just the name change game. Load Flites are in trucks and Torque Flites are in cars. Truck trannys generally have heavier duty parts so Load Flites are more heavy duty then the Torque Flites.
