ok have trac loc for my dana 44 front, now i want to install it my self but am not sure about how to do it, several questions guys 1. Do i need any special tools. 2. What all do i need to remove in order to get this done. 3. If any one has done this before will you post a simple to the point directions for me? I would appreciate this.

though i havent done one myself i know several people who have. they say the dana carrier is notoriously hard to get out and knowing someone with a case spreader is not too likely. one guy hooked a chain around it to get it out! be careful!

a case spreader is needed......everything else is kinda common unless your settign up yer own gears...then you need some special tools

You go get these tools as loaners form the zone or napa usually

u didn't get iunstructions ? hell go to trac loc's site and download them if u have ot it's not hard to stick in once u get the case out .
