does anyone have one, and if so, does it work/ how well?

Yea they don't do anything. But heres an idea that might work if you're looking for airflow. Try installing a small electrical fan into the air intake ducting. Esentially its the same idea as a blower on a greater scalled down version. I have no idea how practical or if it would even work. Just shooting an idea out of my ass...
