The tie rod was bent awhile ago on my front Dana 60. Since then I've had a sleeve place over it to striaghten it out. I now want to make sure the alingment is right or close to right by trying to setup the toe. Anybody have an opinion on the best toe. Dana 60, 5" of lift, 37" radial tires, highway driven truck.

Yep, 1/8th to 3/16ths is the normal toe in.
I had to do a trailside tie rod repair once, way out, with wrong tools... worked OK as long as I was on the dirt, but once I got on the pavement, I wore the tread rigt of the tires in just about 30 miles...
Correct toe in very important, Grasshopper.

I have found the fwd's to naturally pull the toe out and rwd's to push the toe in,but yeah a 4wd rc is always usually toed in 1/8" or so to over com this, deffinatly torqueing her up in 4wd.
