Ok what's up with the 5 lug and 8 lug rotors and drums. I WAS going to get my parts through the place I work at but the drums and rotors are only available in 5 lug-I have 8 lug on the RC. As far as I know it's the stock axles on a 4x4 87 RC. Autozone gives me a choice of 5 or 8. So I call parts america and they say they only offer 5 lug. any advice would be nice.

as far as i know 5 was stock on all RC's, AZ will give you a choice for the dana's not for the truck it's self, so just go to autozone or somewhere and buy the rotors and get all the other parts from your work.

You do not have the stock axles under that RC, you have truck axles under the rc and need to get the rotors and drums for that

How big and what are the axles. I know I can crawl under but any ideas off the top of your head would be nice. I thought they were bigger than stock but someone, somewhere told me it was an option to have either 5 or 8 lugs on this RC.

I can't guess i would have to see it, i have no idea what someone put under there, you're stuck with dismantling it all 1st and take the rotor and drum with you and match it up

I have heard of goverment or border patrol/police RC's having 3/4 ton drivetrains. Not sure if they came like that from the factory special or another company goes in an swaps them in when they do all of the other law enforcement stuff to them.

Do you need the hub and rotor assembly or just the rotor? If you ask the guy behind the counter to see a rotor for a D60 or 4500# axle from an 87 W250. Get the rotors by themselves and have the old hubs pressed on.
