The bearing assembly is from NWF. They have one of the biggest ones out there & I did not want any bending or flexing.

Have you thought about making a dual tire mount? Im looking to carry two spares on the back of my truck side by side. Just 33" tires.

Well, I was thinking of getting one of your rear bumpers along with the swing out tire carrier if you were selling it.  I was hoping to get a bolt-on all-in-one solution to make things simpler for me.  My problem is that my welding is....subpar to say the least  .  I might just get the bumper and see if I can wing it.

The bumpers are a special order because I do not have any in stock now. It usually takes 2 weeks to get them through.
