Steering Shaft Questions

I am trying to install my new Borgeson steering shaft, and I am having difficulty removing the old one. I have already driven out the plastic pin, but it won't let go. I can't get the metal thing that went around the plastic pin to budge, even with PB. Am I missing something?

enjoy the shaft! make sure you paint it.

yeah, once i figured out that i was spreading the rollpin, and actually put the punch on the edge of the pinm it came right out
