[4x4 440]

I have a set of NOS small pedestal truck mirrors and need to know where the factory mounted them. They mount with 4 screws and I would like to know how far below the bodyline and how far back from the leading edge of the door. This is for a 1978 Dodge Ramcharger. These are not the big truck mirrors but the smaller sportier ones.

Just mount them about the same height as the old mirrors man . U gothte holes inthe door fomr the old ones i am guessin =?

Oh u gotta yank the door panel off to mount your mirrors . I am guessing like 2.5 from the front of the door and about the same on the down side . I know u need ot keep the mirror above the body line

My old morrors are the big morrors that have 5 mounting holes for the 3 piece tube arraingment and I hate how they look. Bought the stock small mirrors that just attatch with 4 screws and figure that they mount just below the door crease but how far back from the leading edge of the door?

This is on a 1978 Ramcharger.
