ok, I finally got that to work. 1,800 miles, towing the RC, to go wheeling in Moab for 5 days! It was awesome, the traction out there is unbelievable!!

Day 1 - Fins-n-things, Potato Salad Hill
Day 2 - Poison Spider, Golden Spike, and Gold Bar Rim
Day 3 - Pritchett's Canyon
Day 4 - Lower and Upper HELLDARADO!
Day 5 - Moab Rim Trail

I don't have a lot of still shots, but I have 2.5 hours of video! ;D

Great pics. That's a lot of trails to hit in one trip, but I guess you kinda have to since you came so far. When were you here?

we left from out here on Friday the 25th and got into Moab on Sunday morning. Left out of Moab on Friday morning, May 2. we didn't want to hit the Easter Jeep traffic, we just wanted to go out and ride!

I have no idea how long it would take to download a video like this, but I also don't have anywhere I could upload the video too either.

It was a blast, and it really helped point out the weaknesses on the RC.

I don't know. I haven't had a chance to work on any of the little stuff that is messed up on it since I got back. Have to take care of neglected stuff around the house before I can get back to the truck! Are you planning to go to the event they are planning in Tellico around Labor Day?

You said it pointed out the weakness of the RC, what are they? You have a sweet RC
The transfer case skid plate mounting points hang down too low, the front bumper sticks out too far, and of course, it is too wide and the tires aren't tall enough :) The main points were the skid plate & the front bumper. Thanks!

You need one of these. I hope to get one soon....

Thats the "Hybrid" bumper from 4x4iron.com. On a K5, but they can customize them for any vehicle.
No offense to ya there bud but...gimme about 100 bucks and the proper tools(which can be borrowed not bought) and I could weld a bumper up just like that or almost like it for aLOT less

WOW, those are some great pics. It's true about full size in moab, It can get a liitle tight down there. Wish I'd known you guys where coming. I could have gotten ya a house there for like 130 a day with 3 bedrooms and lots of bunks. Easter can be tough down there and you can get flashed for beer on the trail. But there is nothing like it any where else. Anytime antbody is coming to Utah, let us know!
