And size doesnt matter,  from a weber to a Lance smoker to custom built, especially custom built. Post your pride and joy with hunk of meat that was cooked on it. And dont for get that custom will have to kill you if I tell you secret rub, marinade, or glaze you used. Oh and MOPAR to ya

Custom smoker grill I built about 2 years ago.  Wood, charcoal, or gas fueled, depending on what I want to cook.
Built from a 30 gal. oil barrel.  Legs and front shelf are detachable and fit inside for easier storage, and transporting in the back of a Ramcharger.  Homemade gas burner built from 3/4 inch black pipe.  Works great!!!!  Oh, and about the rub, I start with Lawry's Seasoned Salt, and add various other seasonings, and that's all I can tell ya.......... :-X

I haven't checked this board in a long time.  I took my first steps into BBQ last year.  Being in Korea and having to buy from the PX and commissary limit me, but I make do.  My setup is a 22" Weber Gold with a Smokenator.  I can do a Boston Butt very good, but ribs are a little touchy, and I have yet to attempt brisket.  I'm still learning.  The first pic is an eight pound butt after 16 hours, just before I pulled it off to rest.  My wife wouldn't leave it alone, so her hand wound up in a pic when I started to pull it.  The last two are my first try at ribs, and my first satisfied customer. ;D

Technically it's called an Orion Cooker but if you put some hickory in the bottom inside next to where the charcoal touches the outside it smokes real good. That's 3 slabs of ribs hanging in there.
