Has anyone tried to remove the side glass in a 85 R/C?? I might have them sold but i need to get them out without breaking... what is the trick?? Any help would be appreciated...
take a propane torch, and heat it up aorund the edges, dont focuss it , just go around, til the stuff starts to soften up, then,i used a putty knife, to get in there, and somewhat pry on it, obviously not too much, it took me about 30 minutes per window doing it this way.
Heat it up then use a glaze cutter.. It's a lot sharper than a putty knife and you won't need to pry as much.. you basically just "saw" around the glass.
