Its really whatever you want. The colum's would be the hardest, but IMO also look the best. But the B&M one would be the easiest to hook up. Besides, it would be cheaper to go buy a used colum from a junk yard that it would be to buy the B&M.
Shifter options
When switching from a NP435 to the 46RH what is the best option for a shifter?
Swap the factory colum and colum shifter.
put in a B&M megashifter?

I have access to a B&M Z gate shifter, brand new for 75 bucks. I m thinkin it would be lot easier if i can get on that cheap
