That rumor has been going around for a while. It's always some damned Jeep club that supposedly took some dynamite to it. We even heard that on the way up there on our last trip. It is in a little too hairy of a spot to dynamite to it. You would risk blowing it up so bad theat it would slide off the mountain and become completely impassible. That is a sweet trail though
