Sears phone scam (NOT Sears)

My wife received a phone call yesterday from a "company" claiming to be working with Sears. They said that I had been entered in a contest by Sears and that I had won. They wanted our credit card number or bank account number for a $4.95 "Processing fee". My wife of course declined to give out that information and was indeed rather rude in doing so. She then informed them that I worked for Sears Automotive and I had mentioned nothing of the contest <CLICK>.
I double-checked with management today and they knew nothing of this "contest" and stated that indeed it had to be a scam.
