Ok I have heard a few rumors that they had stock turbo chargers on some RV or motor homes with 440 big block back in the 70's or 80's. Is this true. And if so where would i go So find one of theses? Probabely pretty hard to find the manifolds for the turbo. I was just throwing around the idea of turbo charged 440 mud truck. Well if anyone know if this is true or complete BullSh*T just post. thanks for the help.

I've never seen it but have heard of it plenty of times. So i say its true. Most likely a add on aftermarket kit though.

I've seen it on welding trucks and other pipeliners, but not too sure if a mud truck would need the extra horses created for the cost of the kit. it looks neat tho...

Thanks bigdog440, this helps alot. i have never seen one before and wanted to see what i has looking for. We will see i might just do this mod on my 440 in the M880
