Where is the best place to pick up some repop fenders? Who has the best quality and accurate match? I was told by my body guy that some are a little different at the front top of the fender. The application is 74 TD.
Try Sherman & Associates, inc. I just received an entire driver's floorpan from them and it's factory / OEM quality. Their website address is: www.store.shermanparts.com. They specialize in Dodge trucks and Ramchargers. My floor pan was $55.45, but you don't mind spending good money for good parts!
Try http://www.millsupply.com. I got a set of fenders from them and I was impressed by the quality. They're also easy to deal with and ship the parts very quickly.
Check a junk yard. Call around first to find one that has what you want. I got a fender for $40 that was pretty damn nice...but it was off an 89. You could get cheap prices off the internet, but then you have to worry about shipping. Just search for Trailduster body parts and a bunch of choices should show up.

I need fenders as well and I saw on http://planetautobodyparts.com for 81-93 full size fender $68.00. Now I have seen alot of body part websites online and they all have the same prices and just about identical inventory, but this place is a little different and about $20.00 cheaper. They may have what you need.
