removing spray paint from car paint.

i just put a replacement door on my sister's cutlass ciera. the door came from the junkyard and there was some neon orange spray paint that got on some of the painted surfaces. is there a way to remove this without damaging the "good" paint? also how can i remove that yellow marker stuff they use to write the stock number on the car?

I would try a bit of lacquer thinner on a soft cloth. The local bodyshop might supply you with a small amount, so you don't have to buy a whole can.
