removing spray paint from car paint.

i just put a replacement door on my sister's cutlass ciera. the door came from the junkyard and there was some neon orange spray paint that got on some of the painted surfaces. is there a way to remove this without damaging the "good" paint? also how can i remove that yellow marker stuff they use to write the stock number on the car?

There are also some citrus based cleaners that will work. They use them for removing adhesive labels and such.
