I have a 1986 dodge Ramcharger i have 4 inch lift springs for the front and wanting to use blocks for the rear. Little help on wat brands are the best to use and to use tappererd blocks or not?

You already have stock 3 3/4" blocks in the rear and stacking them is a bad idea.  Also anything resembling a 7 3/4" block should be avoided like the plague.

Look up shackle flip. So cheap its almost free.

when I didn't know any better I had the old stacked blocks in my W100 and it's really really bad!  The axle tries to come out from under you!  anyone who tries to sell you a lift with blocks for the rear of a doodge should be shot with a ball of their own ...

i second all this and just be aware that doing a shackle flip will move your axle forward. I loved mine but i had no idea that i needed to move both mounting points at the same time. ;D
