I have an edelbrock 1905 795 cfm q-jet. Mechanic guy told me to touch the gas a lil before i start it in the morning, "setting the choke" he said. Ok so I did that, and the idle is really high. It idles for a few minutes then i rev the gas and the idle sets itself. Is this normal, to have to let it warm up then rev it to get the perfect idle? I usually have to let it idle high for like a minute before i rev it.
