"RD" would indicate a two-wheel-drive hi-rail truck, George, and "RW", the 4WD version.  "P" is the engine code for the 413.  "E" is the code for the 318.

I understand the last year 413's were put in commercial trucks was 1979, Lanty.  That might work out just fine for an early '80 model.

Not to highjack but;

I just noticed that the red utiline in the pic that Pete posted appears to be a club cab.

I can't say that I've ever seen a club cab utiline.
