Dynatrac offers a hub kit that replaces the "Hubless" hub assy. with an old fashioned standard hub assy.
Your front axle will likely be a Dana 44 and can be converted to standard hubs by doing a knuckle out swap, but neither will be cheap.
the OLDER spindles wont fit on the NEWER dana44 trucks / they changed the ball joint spacing and the ball joints are different / if it was that easy more people with 94 -up DODGES would have front HUBS / LIKE I SAID YER BEAT with a half ton / YES I got the name wrong about who makes the conversion kit
