As a senior official in the Bush administration and huge supporter of the PATRIOT Act both administratively and judicially, Kavanaugh has had no small part in helping to create this post-9/11 atmosphere where the concept of due process has been basically gutted and the burden of proof rests upon the accused, not the accuser. 

Being that this particular nomination is obviously seen by establishment leftists and their deep state allies as an extreme threat to their subjective version of "national security", I'd be curious as to what ol' Judge Brett's opinion of the Fourth Amendment is now.  LOLOLOL

Well, if Kavanaugh doesn't happen to make it to the Supreme Court, I believe he'd make a great choice to replace Sessions as Attorney General. 

And BTW, according to an Urban Dictionary entry posted in mid-September of this year, "boof" is an old eighties Washington D.C. metro area slang term for weed.  HMMMM...
