(Quote) adjust the system so that as soon as the throttle linkage moves off idle, the throttle pressure lever begins to move also. When the throttle is wot mechanically, the throttle pressure control lever must be all the way back and lightly against it's internal stop on the valve body.
Throttle lever actuation and throttle pressure activation should be a "coordinated movement" in a one-to-one ratio (within reason!)
