Wow, I do not see rust in the quarters, or behind the front tires. My first ground up restoration was of a 71 Cuda 340 Auto, 8 3/4 355 posi, Citron Yellow, Black vinyl roof 15" BFG's on rally whls. I sold it in 1997at Chryslers at Carlise, to the President of the Mansfeild, PA Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep dealership, He said I have first grabs at it when he is ready to sell it.
In 1982 I was a junior in High School, & drove a 1970, 225 slant 6, 3 speed Barracuda, In 1984 I drove a 1973, 318, 4 speed Barracuda, In 1995 I bought a 1970 383, 4 speed cuda, & sold it before I restored it.
I always LOVED E Body Plymouths!

All '71 cuda's had gills from the factory . No '71 Barracuda's had gills from the factory .
