ok, so i ve decided to hit the jy and find a Q-jet carb for my 440.
what model GM's and year range should i be looking for to find a carb with apropriate vacume line fiting and cfm?
any help on this subject would be greatly appreciated.

late sixtys to mid-70,s off of a 455 Olds or 472-500 Caddy are the best / or any other big block Buick- Pontiac or Chevy / l,m useing a 455 olds from a 69 on my 440 / there non-emission and electric chock / one side note is to get the right Carb gasket / dont remember which one / the wrong one will cause vacuumn leaks

ok, that sounds easy enough.
what get s hooked up to the electric choke, just power from the fuse box? 20A when the vehicle is running?

what year truck you got / you could steal power from the ING coil
