I have seen a few ramchargers online with a winch mounted to an old school looking pushbar. I can't find anyone that makes a winch ready Bumper or Pushbar for Dodge square bodies (except I found one guy that makes a Simon and Simon looking one but that is too low and bulky for a survivor rig. I'll take a used one even.

Yes. I can fabricate and weld. I have a friend at a steel place as well, but they are so far behind on a government project that I can't get access to their equipment for some time. I can get some c channel etc. Do you have some plans drawn up?

Here's my build. No real design instructions in this thread but it's a fairly simple concept. I can also share some more details about the construction and design. I literally winged it with stuff I already had. Only thing I bought was the c channel and some flat bar to cap the ends.

One man can lift it safely without the winch. I'd say about 80-100lbs, but then again I often tote 90lbs bags of mortar so I'm conditioned to that specific weight ha ha

I fabbed it to be as tight to the truck as possible. There are several revisions I'd recommend. Ya know, hindsight.

I added carriage bolts through the cross member to support the c channel and cross member mating point.
