Just got in from a drive in a snowy field and 4x4 dosen't work.
What is the most likely prob? I thought it was just the plug that plugs into the CAD but its not.Could it be the vac pod on there? Is there any way to check it with out pulling the whole think off? Any help would be grateful.

On a good note i put in a Borgson steering shaft. That thing is awsome I love it.

look in the howto section on how to lock the CAD in / you will need a set of Warn hubs tho

There are a couple of things that could have gone wrong.

It could have lost the vacuum to the CAD. You'll need to look at your vacuum lines, and inspect them for cracks or other leaks which would cause you to loose the vac.

Or the CAD failed to engage, perhaps it's jammed.

The CAD has that nice feature of not having to get out and turn knobs, but they are problematic. There is a How-To, to permently engage the unit.
