Anyone ever swapped out power windows and put in hand-cranks? My drivers side window doesn't want to move anymore, passenger only goes about half-way down and goes really slowly. Would rather just get rid of 'em and go with hand cranks. Anyone done this or seen it done?

its a pretty easy swap out / just pull the power REG and put the hand REG / the hole for the hand REG is already in the door butnot in the door panel so you will hafta cut that

Completely agree, easy to do as all mounting holes are in the door already. I did the swap in the other direction, and found there was one thing, in that there are a couple different styles of bottom channel on the glass, and they dont intermix, the parts where the wheels fit in to run back and forth have a different spacing. So just make sure you get regulators that will match the channels on the bottom of your current windows.
