I have a friend that needs a door for his Ram. I have doors, except they have power windows and of course the drivers side does not work. Is it possible to remove the crank window regulator from his door and install it into the door that has/had power windows? I am trying to help him out but he really wants to be able to roll the window down. Some people, eh?

Don't take it to the bank, but I do beleive it should swap right in.

they'll swap right in. You'll have to drill out some rivets and get some short bolts to put the regulators back in.

I put a new door on my truck ans swapped from manual to power. It went pretty easy. I have some pics at http://public.fotki.com/lofrontier/93_d150/door_replacement/
