Just got a 80 power wagon the other day, and wanted to get some input on what to do.

i had planned on running 38x14.50's and dana 60's. 60's are so expensive though and i dont think running 38's on a dana 44 will work out too good. The rearend right now is an 8 3/4. i have an extra set of axles im trying to sell right now.

so when i get the money should i:
A.) wait longer and save up more for 60's and 38's?
B.) buy a 9.25 for the rear, get some 36x14.50's and weld the front and rear?
C.) weld the current axles and put on some 36's?

and do yall think i can run 14.50's on a 15x10 rim?

Yes you can use 15x10's for the 14.50 tires.

u will find a lot of people that run 38s on a 44 and have no problems. u will also find a lot of people that run smaller tires and have a ton of problems. its all in how u use the truck. so run what u can on what u have, and when they break, upgrade.
