Part Number List almost done

I have it working somewhat, there is still alot of functions I need to add, as well as search and show by section.

For testing purposes I have it showing all categories.

I need an opinion on those who will be helping to keep this up, making sure data is correct.

http://www.ramchargercentral.com/boards/index.php?action=partnumbers

At that link, I can put in an edit and delete fields that will only show for Admins, mods and assistants to make keeping up the parts list easier. Or I can just add a link that will show only to those same people where they go to another page that is similar with the edit and delete options.

Now for those that will be assisting in the maintence, which would you rather have?

Also feel free to inter in stuff and let me know if there is any errors. Like I said, there is still alot of work that needs to be done to the entire section. I should have some more finished up tonight.

lol, when I clicked on the "add part number" button, I got a prompt to enter the auction's expiration date. :)

A question: I have saved all part #s from parts I've bought, but I'm not sure of the exact range of years they'll fit in. How should that be handled?....or maybe I missed a post in the other thread that dealt with this issue. If I did, sorry.

Example: I have the part # for spindle bearings that will fit in a part time Dana 44 front axle. I know the part # is applicable for my 84 and 90 RC, but I don't know ALL the years it will fit.

Ok, that should be fixed now.

Just enter in the years you think they work, we have people with part number books that will be checking and correcting them if needed.
Very cool!! :)

I don't have a lot of technical knowledge, but if you need help in anything, I have a lot of time during the week to be on the computer.

I just saw this post, but if you still need people to help maintain this section, I'll help in anyway I can. I'm on here enough as it is, I may as well do something useful. ;D

Hey Sam, how about dropping "Service Bulletin Parts" and adding "Wipers". I'm about the only one that could add anything to the service bulletin section and even then it would be a hassle to describe all the applications. We do need a wipers section. thanks
I will add wipers, but should we get rid of service bulletin all together? I would think it would be cool to have, but you know better than I do. Should it be wipers, or something like wipers and equipment?

Ok, leave the service bulletin area there for now. Put in something like "Wiper-Washer"
Verrrry nice. When I get a chance, I'll try to add what I've got.
