NV4500 conversion

Hey I like to run NP435s, but I wish I had one more gear when that 4th gear tops out at 55mph or something on the road. Would a 5speed NV4500 solave this problem or is it worth messing with? Are the bell housing's the same? Do anyone know what would be involved in changing from the 4sp to the 5sp? Thanks for the help.
