Anyone out there know if a NP208/241 will bolt in place of where a NP203 was? Do they have the same bolt pattern, tranny output shaft, and crossmember as a 203?

You will need the 727 to 241 adapter you should be able to get that from your donor vehicle. I think that if you take the crossmember and all from the donor is should bolt up.

Anyone know how hard it is to change out the output shaft on a 727 trans?

you will also need a longer rear d/s. One of my parts trucks has this trans/tcase combo in it, and the d/s is longer than the one in my other rc's (about 2" longer than the d/s for my 203 tcase truck).
