Hey Y'all.

I am attemting to completely disassemble my spare 205, as I want to rebuild it, whilst twin sticking it, and possibly having the input shaft bearing hole bored out fer the cheb 32 spline input shaft...

But I cant figure out how to get the shift rails out... Do I have to pry out the little pressed in caps to get to the fork set screw?...

All I really want is to get the interlock pins out.. Any help is appreciated.

ive done this i rebuilt my 205 on the top of the t-case their is 2 bolt you want to take those out thier will be a spring with a ball bearing under those you might need to use a magnet or tip the t-case upside down to get them out and save those parts also by those bolt thier will be to caps they say to use a punch to get them out but it didnt work for me so i screwed a screw into them and pull them out like a nail with a hammer then take a long punch and their is a little pin type deal under those caps(you might have to adjust the rails) and punch those out into the bottem of the case

that should be the link its a awsome how to the only thing i would do different is use a dodge t-case

anytime did you get to check out that link yet and i frogot to tell you if you use the screw idea just silicone the hole back up
