well, heres a little bit of an update on my truck. it turns out it didnt need an oil pump,the oil pressure gauge in the dash didnt work so the previous owner must have been going on that. i fixed the leaking freeze plug and replaced the water pump and i am replacing one of the heads with another head i have because there is a bad valve.

i also got a pretty good deal on some brand new repro front fenders so i am going to put those on soon along with 81-93 inner fenders (look for pics soon). i also got a factory roll bar out of a 78 rc thats going in soon too. i replaced the stock steel wheels with some '79 bronco factory wagon wheels i got a pretty good deal on. once i get it running right i am going to start on the body work,replacing the rusted out parts. it is going to be painted rattle can orange and i am going to try and make a '74 roadrunner stripe going behind the side windows and along the side of the truck to the front. i am also going to change the interior color to black. well, sorry for the long read, but ive been doing a lot of work to the truck lately..

thats y he is restoring it. and to tell ya the truth nb rc...your r/c aint anything spiecal either..its a truck it aint supposed to be pretty, like sam said man, being a ASS is a good way to get banned from the site. and i no nick, and he has done alotta work to that truck his blood is in that truck, he has done all the work to it himself. if i was nick id be offended at that post joke or not. yea most of my trucks are ugly too, but i still love em, in fact that truck USED to be mine. so that preety much offends me too. im sorry if all our trucks cant be as good as yours.

hey my truck is the first one that got a negative comment on the whole ramcharger board! for real,why would you say something like that? so what if it has rust on it. so what if i dont have expensive rims and 35-inch tires.so what if it doesnt have a new paint job. i dont ever remember saying that its a showpiece! sorry but i dont have tons of money to make it look pretty.i have to take it one step at a time but eventually it will look good. isnt that the point of having a project truck? you gotta start somewhere. no need to be like an ass and make comments like that. you won't see me saying shit like that about your truck or anyone else's truck no matter what shape its in.

its starting to look better. it will look good once i put the new fenders on and the rest of the front clip back on. the car in the garage is my mom's '74 dart sport. i gotta get around to taking some pics of it and posting them.

after real close inspection of the underbody and a few other things, i've decided to part this one out and use some of the body panels to fix the trail duster. but don't worry guys, i'm not totally shit-canning this thing. i'm saving the frame and i'm gonna look for another ramcharger body to put on it. well,anyway,thanks for the compliments!

looks good! My M880 looked horrible when i got it but now its a different story its not near perfect or done but evry day i get a little closer all it takes is time, blood, sweat, and a check book. You got a nice ramcharger and trail duster i look foward to see them done.
